Our Story

616 Kabob Stop is the culmination of a lifelong passion for food. Thaer, the owner, has always been captivated by the art of cooking. Growing up, he was inspired by watching his parents in the kitchen—his father was a chef, and his grandfather was not only a chef but also a restaurant owner. This rich family heritage in the culinary world instilled in Thaer a deep appreciation for quality and tradition.

With a focus on the freshest ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques, Thaer has carefully crafted a menu that is both authentic and innovative. His vision is simple: to share the vibrant, bold flavors of the Mediterranean with everyone, while offering an unforgettable dining experience.
